It’s recommended to apply for a U.S. visitor visa from the UAE as early as possible — ideally a few months before your intended travel date. Although the U.S. Department of State allows you to apply at any time prior to your trip, processing times can vary. To avoid delays and ensure you receive your visa on time, it’s best to apply at least 3 months before your planned travel date.
If you’re renewing your U.S. visa, you might not need to go for an interview! This usually applies if your previous visa expired in the last 12 months, and you haven't been refused a visa since then. Kids under 14 and seniors over 79 can also skip the interview.
